A 65-year-old male was presented to a clinic with dysphagia and odynophagia for solids. He developed this condition progressively over last one year. The patient often complained of discomfort at the level of the sternal notch when swallowing foods. No other medical history was present. A barium swallow and a CT scan of the neck with oral contrast were performed, images are attached for both scans.
