A retrospective analysis of 1059 women with intrauterine adhesions (IUAs) treated between 2011–2023 demonstrated that hysteroscopic adhesiolysis under conscious sedation and local anaesthesia is highly feasible (97.9% completion), with low pain scores (mean VAS 1.46) and minimal complications (0.9% uterine perforation). Fertility outcomes varied with adhesion severity, with live birth rates declining significantly in severe IUAs. These findings support outpatient HA as a safe, tolerable alternative to regional or general anaesthesia, though long-term reproductive outcomes require further evaluation.
