Hello, I am pathologist working at private hospital in punjab. I have been working there for past 2 months along with my fellow senior pathologist.

Today, to my utter surprise our director asked us to perform duties of medical officer and look after certain wards in our free time and to prepare discharge cards!! What action are we supposed to take?
