With already too many cases creating social media havoc against doctors, a shocking case has emerged, adding further black marks on Indian doctors. In this bizarre case, a doctor virtually abducted a woman, performed unauthorized caesarian and TO TOP IT OFF, posted photos on social media bragging of his success. Incidence: The patient was admitted at Chasnala CHC and she was under observation for labour pain. The delivery time was still due and surgery was not required then.
This doctor allegedly pressed the doctors at Chasnala CHC to refer this patient to PMCH for better treatment. After referral, this doctor who was not authorized to conduct a caesarian, took a patient to a local health center in Kenduadih INSTEAD OF PMCH she was originally referred to.
