Double the dose of opioids you give, before GA, then you can finish the case with half the dose of muscle relaxant required. i.e  if you give twice the estimated dose of opioids for a GA case then, you need to give only half the muscle relaxant dose, estimated for that case. Good relaxation, good painless comfortable recovery ensured.
