A 46-year-old female presented with double vision and vision distortion. She complained of diplopia for the past two months and had to wear a patch on her right eye. Three months prior to her visit, she noted a large blood vessel above her right eye. She also complained of a whooshing sound for 2-3 months in her right ear.
History The patient had been involved in a bicycle accident four months ago in which she had sustained a zygomaticomalar complex fracture. Three weeks after the accident, her ophthalmologist had noted no diplopia or gaze restriction.
