Referrals have to be made prior to the severity of illnesses

Dental surgeons refer the patients to the physicians. But, I'm much worried about that. Most of the Physicians are treating Dental Pains of the patients by simply medicating them.

I request the physicians to refer the patients to their nearby dentists even though it's simple. Thank you.
