Dear doctors,  I have a patient G2P1 with previous vaginal delivery done 3 years back. She is now 16-18 weeks pregnant and has a h/o taking Mifepristone with Misoprostol 10 days back followed by slight bleeding. On examination cervix was uneffaced and closed.

Now the question is should I offer her to terminate the pregnancy as she has taken pills even if USG shows a normal fetus? Or she can continue.
