I'm a doctor practicing Fetal Medicine and OBG in Bangalore. I was wondering what is the routine practice all around our country? How many of the ob- gyns actually ask for routine NT scan? Is it with or without double marker test? How many still go forward and do second-trimester screening alone?

and is second trimester screening only anomaly scan? When do you ask for it? When do you ask for 2nd-trimester serum screening? How many ask for triple vs quad screening?
