Still, tissue rejection and a severe shortage of donors are the major challenges in the transplant, worldwide. In this exclusive KOL Interview, Dr Rishi Mohan explains the current challenges and advances in the corneal transplantation. Dr Rishi Mohan is a renowned eye surgeon specialized in cataract surgery, phacoemulsification, corneal grafting and myopia treatment by Lasers.

He was awarded the Best Resident Award of the Dr. R. P. Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences, AIIMS in 1986as well as the Membership of the Academy of Medical Sciences (MAMS) in 2006. Recently he was elected as the Vice- President, Delhi Ophthalmological Society.
