In Delhi, admission of a 17-year-old student got canceled even after having mandatory eligibility certificate from MCC. This student is suffering from hemophilia and his disability range was found to be 21-39% which made him ineligible under PwD quota.

According to the committee, admissions are given to candidates with disability range 61- 80% primarily and later to 40- 60%. However, his father claims that his son was never physically examined.
