A fertility doctor was accused by his patients for inseminating them with his own sperms. During investigation it was observed that the doctor denied this accusation. According to paternity test it was proved that he was the father of 2 of his patient’s children.
He was sentenced to a one-year suspended sentence for lying to the investigators. The patients are unhappy because he was not jailed as it was a case of Indianopolis where the law doesn't specifically prohibit doctors using their own sperm. Source: Economic Times What is your opinion on this?
