56 yr old Australian, 95kg 6'0. Taking Orphenadrine 2 tablets twice a day for frequent headaches since 16 years. Now he wants to come off of those medicines. On stopping meds he has constant feeling of fever (not clinically detectable), insomnia and fatigue. How should I proceed? If anyone has any experience with such patients please guide me.
And send any links which would be helpful. Presently I have given him Paracetamol 1gm twice a day and 75mg diclofebac patch per day. Also giving Gabapentin and nortryptaline combination at night. Suggestions and advices utmost welcome. Suggestions and advice are most welcome.
