Drugs used to Reduce bleeding in Surgery

Along with hypotensive anaesthesia using  Beta blockers,  calcium channel blockers, Using spinal Anaesthesia + General Anaesthesia etc. Drugs used to Reduce bleeding in any  Surgery . 1) Hemocoagulase (Botropase) 2) Tranexamic acid 3) Vitamin K 4) Epsilon Amino Caproic acid , 5) Inj.Calcium gluconate  etc Obstetrics, ENT , Dental , etc Any surgery -- leading to  excessive BLOOD LOSS to patient , shud be started with prior Administration of  Drugs  / Techniques  that reduce bleeding .

Use them before bleeding starts , not after bleeding started  disturbing the Surgeon .It shud not be optional, It shud be   done as a compulsory regimen , like Antibiotics. Share your views.
