A 7 years old girl presented to OPD diminution of vision with corneal haziness in right eye only. On exam: leucomatous haziness in lower 1/3 of right cornea, and irregular pupil with posterior synechie formation. Lens normal, fundus normal. Second eye normal.
All other systems are normal on physical examination. No history of trauma, acute red eye, joint pains , back pain, no history of TB contact. Optham opinion- chronic uveitis ? tubercular (CBC, ESR, montoux , CXR ALL NORMAL) What next?
