As per a new research, eating certain types of dark chocolates might be healthy. Findings from a couple of studies suggest that eating dark chocolate having amount of cacao (nominally 70% cacao, 30% organic cane sugar) has positive effects on stress levels, inflammation, mood, memory and immunity. Although it is widely known that cacao is a chief source of flavonoids, this effect has been studied in human subjects for the first time to evaluate how it can provide cognitive, endocrine and cardiovascular health.
