A 65-year-old male presented with pain throat and difficulty in swallowing since 2 weeks. On examination, pt had bilateral congested and enlarged tonsils, left more than right, with multiple palpable lymph nodes in the neck. Pain reduced with a course of antibiotics and NSAIDS. But the patient is still complaining of obstruction while swallowing.

After 1-week ultrasound neck and FNAC cervical lymph nodes were done. What should be the further management? Is tonsillectomy to be done in this cases of the biopsy?
