An 8 year old boy with Type 1 DM on routine investigation was found to have isolated ALP elevation(1066).The kid is active and has no specific complaints. His height is 130cms and weight 25kgs. His sugars are under fair control (A1c - 7.4%).

Is the high ALP level related to the growth phase or does it need further evaluation?
