This is photograph of a 5 month old boy. A cyst/nodule just 1 cm away from left eyebrow. Parent noticed this when child was 4 months old. There is no tenderness, but swelling increases very slowly. History of NVD Episiotomy.

There is history of tear from left eye on and off just from 1st day of child birth. But tear is controlled. There is no history of NICU/PICU hospitalization. Kindly suggest the diagnosis and management.
