These days there is a smart innovation in our profession called the second opinion. Hospitals are promoting this by offering free consult and medical advice. We are aware that anybody who is a sufferer with limited resources is a harassed person. The moment any big surgery or intervention is suggested, he or she is usually sceptical and mentally stunned. Patients think that hospitals and doctors working in these big private hospitals are under pressure and obligation to increase the revenue.
