Woman, 68, previously diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma, had an exophytic lesion located on the left parietal area of the scalp, growing gradually, examination showed pulsatile lesion with centrally raised and indurated lesion, red purple colour measuring approx 4?cm diameter. CT head scan showed that there's no involvement of the skull vault.
What is the diagnosis? Is urgent excision required here?
