While driving his car, a 45-year-old man noticed a cyclist swerving in front of him. To save the accident, he forcefully brakes the car but crashed into the wall nearby. Later the brake pedal had to be cut to free his foot. He was presented in the ED with an extremely painful foot. Examination The man mentioned that he had pain in his hind foot only. A closer inspection revealed midfoot swelling.

No neurovascular deficit was observed There was a palpable tenderness just proximal to his midfoot. X-ray images were acquired (images attached). What is the diagnosis?
