On 6--2--16 suddenly had headache giddiness vomitings in morning, by the evening developed facial paralysis Lt, loss of speech, become unconscious went to hospital and came back to home in night, rested home without treatment. Now came to me for treatment. Investigations at that time CBC ESR widal urine are normal.
MRI scan of brain done today found normal. He has features of Lt facial palsy, unable speak and close Lt eye, but try to speak whispering sound audible. How to ascertain cause of this episode and treat?
