In national conferences, Chairpersons/Co chairperson usually be as a faculty (from medical colleges like professors AP etc) but i think field doctors like MO, SMO should also become faculty because their experience not less. In fact, doctors in private practice or in field hospitals receive less honors .

Do you think, this is injustice?
