We in India have hundreds of medical and dental colleges, but the quality of practices in infection control practices, is poor and many of our teaching of microbiology never made the matters working in control of many hospitals associated infections, I happened to go to dental surgeon doing good practice, but the conditions are pathetic the principles of hygiene are not practiced, least bothered to wash hands or wear a glove, leave alone the state of the instruments used on poor human.  It certainly stands well in many private run clinics may be public hospital without controls, it just means we have no law to educate or control the people run the mushrooming hospitals to make much faster money, at the cost of human risks many of the young once they are qualified, they just forget the principles of infections, our system of education failed to train the Medical professionals and…
