Modus operandi was simple, know the date of inspection of MCI through touts,taking MCI inspectors or administrators in confidence, arrange Fake Teachers and staffs who comes on date of inspection only but showing on papers as working around the year,arrange normal persons from nearby areas and show them as admitted patients,even prepare false OPD, IPD, OT and lab test reports and show on papers only required apparatus,OT,Labs,Radiology facilities,Blood bank etc and get recognition from MCI and gradually increase seats from 50 to 150 or 200 and add PG in many subject so that by investing minimum hundred crores can be earned in 1-2 year only.
