Recommended dosage The recommended dosage of indigotindisulfonate sodium is 5 mL/minute. Administration information The ampoule must be used immediately after opening. The contents of the ampoule have to be withdrawn through a 5-micron or smaller filter needle or straw, ensuring that the withdrawn solution contains no particulates.
The withdrawn solution should be further checked visually for any particulate matter and discoloration prior to administration. Precautions While using indigotindisulfonate sodium, any used portion has to be discarded.
