An eight and half months infant having fever for two days, 101 in day and 102 in night, slightly irritated other wise eating, playing, crowling, sleeping well. Today just now developed these papules, resides in Mumbai. He is on paracetamol syp 6 hourly.

No rash or papules on abdomen and back. What is the cause and treatment?
