As per a newspaper report, all doctors have to mandatorily have swipe machine at their clinics with effect from 1st April 2017 and they have to get a certificate from the bank regarding this also. Otherwise, their registration will not be renewed . As per an advisory salary to the staff at clinics/hospitals has to be transferred to their accounts and CMO will verify the number & salary of staff and staff has to submit an affidavit also.
Union Ministry of Health has issued advisory to Medical Council Of India regarding this matter.
