One day in the morning a female neonate two days old was brought to me with c/o not accepting feed clinically she was alright I examined her throat and found a shining edge in the throat. I was not sure what may be it. l blindly put a mosquito forceps and felt a metallic feel.
I applied a little pull and felt that something is coming out after a continuous gentle pull a surprise was there what was it? It was a one rupee coin in mosquito forceps. Surprisingly, i advise them to attend clinic the next day but they did not respond.
