Suing a doctor has become a notorious weapon in the hands of patients. A lot of energy, time and money is wasted by the doctor. Furthermore, the discussions in society, social media, newspapers leave the doctor's reputation tarnished. Ultimately the doctor wins the case but the person who has caused the anguish is free. This encourages others to file more suits against other doctors. Do we feel the need for an organization or legal company which will fight for recovering the compensation for the harassment? Is there a need to start a professional outfit which will counter sue the patients for harassment?
