39 year old married lady with no other positive medical history presents in the frozen stage of FS. ( Frozen shoulder). She was taking homeopathy medicines  for the last 3 mths for pain in the shoulder.

Xrays done ruled out arthritis, calcium deposits, dislocation of the joint. She had restricted abd, ext and internal rotation. Besides the physiotherapy regime what additions are advisable in the management.
