A girl child of 8 years was admitted with multiple severe recurring itchy annular urticarial patches all over the body without angioedema. Since 3 days she was not responsive for hydrocortisone, dexamethasone and ibuprofen. A stool examination showed H nana ova and a dose of albendazole and ivermectin with betamethasone injection slowly reduced the intensity.
