26 Year female was suffering from pain right knee joint from last 3 months. She took treatment from orthopaedic surgeon. The tablets were anti inflammatory analgesic. No steroids for 2 month.

From last 3 weeks she is having hairs on her chin . What may be the probable cause? How should I proceed for investigation?
