An 81-year-old unconscious woman was presented in the emergency department. Case History The previous day, the woman had witnesses mechanical fall, but she was conscious after the fall. During night, she took paracetamol for a headache. The next day morning, she complained a continuous headache and was feeling drowsy. During the course of the day, she fell unconscious and brought to the emergency department.

Examination The patient had a superficial graze to the right side of her forehead Glasgow coma scale was 11 (motor 5, eyes 3, speech 3) Pulse 76 Normotensive and indicated normal cardiovascular examination No focal neurological deficit An unenhanced CT scan was performed (images attached).
