In a follow-up of 20 patients receiving 439 minimally invasive glass-ceramic restorations for full-mouth rehabilitation, survival rates remained high after up to 12 years of service. The estimated 5-year survival was 96.6% at restoration level and 86.4% at patient level , with low complication rates (3% technical, 4.3% biological). Patients reported very high satisfaction with esthetics (VAS 9.5) and function (VAS 9.3). Findings confirm that minimally invasive approaches not only preserve tooth structure but also provide durable, esthetic, and functional long-term outcomes.
