In Government hospital of Meerut, doctors on duty were found fiddling with phones on round of superintendent in chief of hospitals. He conveyed that, a doctor will be fined Rs100/- if found, busy with phone due to the playing of games, what's app and this fine will be deposited in the treasury. Is it really needed?
