Dear  colleagues I have a patient of 27 years primary infertlity a case of endo metrial cyst of ovary of 45 mm taken diane 35 for 6 months for contraception purpose. Now the patient is in uae and  is interested to concieve .and is on letroze 2.5 mg last month .for induction of ovulation.last month ovulation+.but patient did not concieve.she has been advised to continue  this month as well.

Is it advisable?.please give your suggestions.
