In order to understand patient's experiences and expectations from healthcare providers, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and market research services provider Kantar IMRB released Healthcare Consumer Report 2017. This article provides an overview and the key findings of the report. The report prepared on the opportunities and gaps in experience and services offered by Indian healthcare providers was released at FICCI's annual healthcare conference 2017 in New Delhi.
