One of my patients came and said he hears blowing sound in the ear with each heart beat. Patient is hypertensive. But BP is in control. His routine ECG is normal. He has less than 5 ectopics in one minute. No murmur.
He is 45 yrs old. The hearing is normal. He has two yrs old echo which are more or less Normal. Slight changes due to high BP. What could be the diagnosis?
