30 years old female married life 7 years, with primary infertility. She is a know case of PCOS, had irregular period, for which She underwent D&C in oct 2014 in a small hospital in her locality, following this she had spotting for one day in Nov. Since Nov she had ammenorrhoea. She came to me in Jan 2015 with history of amenorrhoea since Nov for which Scan done showed ET - 17mm, gave her Progestrone, then OCP for a cycles, but no withdrawal bleeding.
Then we did a Diagnostic hysteroscopy which showed Calcified flakes in the endometrium, D&C done, material sent for HPE, Report - Xanthogranulomatous endometritis. I would like the experts to give the valuable opinions regarding further management for this patient.
