Researchers from Paris Sciences et Lettres University have created a chatbot to interact with people and clarify their doubts regarding COVID-19 vaccines. They have found that after interacting with the chatbot, people’s positive attitude towards COVID-19 vaccines increased by 37% 1 . Many people are hesitant to get vaccinated despite COVID claiming more than 5 million lives over the globe. A study conducted in France revealed that vaccine hesitancy is high in young individuals, women, and less educated people .
Among them, 64.4% of people think the COVID-19 vaccine is developed in a hurry, 27.6% of people are generally against vaccination and 9.6% of people think COVID-19 infection is harmless and a vaccine is useless.
