Let me get a valid answer over my query. I encountered many children without a BCG scar with a positive history of getting it at birth or near about. These patients are refused by the local hospitals for re-vaccination even thogh there is no scar just because these patients were vaccinated at one point of time. Is it justifiable?
My requests were turned down without any valid explanation. I eventually vaccinate them at my private clinic. Am I doing a correct job?
