The reach of patient which was organic earlier has now become internet dependent. No doubt internet is educating crores of people across and is a good cause, are we loosing out something? No doubt online appointment sites have helped patients reach out doctors in no time are we becoming victims of patients crises at the same time?
Most of the patients, irrespective of facilities available in the hospital/clinics, education and experience of doctor, His/Her speciality tend to choose a doctor with low consultation fees. we charge certain consultation fees based on type of skills we have, experience we have,facilities we provide and the geographical locations we are based in, but most of the patients researching on online appointment sites move towards a doctor they find reasonable in consulting fees.
