A couple patient came to me for advise regarding her marriage life after surgery of total hysterectomy. Her operative detail - " Exploratory Laprotomy + Hysterectomy + Bilateral Salpingopherectomy + Plevic Mass Excesion done under G.A." on 20th December 2017. Her age is 38 years. After surgery, patient has no complaints.
They confused about starting their routine sexual life. I advise them to wait for at least 60 days after surgery and advise for further consultation with their Gynecologist. Am I right?
