A 35 yrs old primi lady during her Ist trimester was diagnosed to have hypothyroidism. .25 microgrm thyroxin was started.
Now what should be done after giving birth to a baby normally? If she develops euthyroidism after delivery .Should be kept on same medicine for 6 month?
