Lack of libido in 45 yr old patient - Please advise management

A van driver, non alcoholic, non smoker reaches home at 6pm everyday,45 years old, non diabetic and normotensive, on omeprazole and levosulpride for abdominal fullness has loss of libido according to his wife. Please advise management.
