A 38yrs G2A1..H/O infertility..K/C/O Diabetes mellitus on insulin(sugars controlled) and k/c/o Hypothyroidism on T. Eltroxin100mcg...now 19weeks by dates n by usg(17.3.15) 17weeks5 days with totally absent liquor,AFI-0. fetal kidneys are normal.,placenta grade 1,stomach bubble seen no e/o any congenital anomaly seen on yesterday's scan. on 3rd feb--usg--AFI--13.2 cm,no growth lag on 23rd feb--usg--AFI--2cm,dates--16.2 weeks n by usg--14.2 weeks.BP--120/80 mmHg.
no H/O trauma or PV leak. admitted with me on 5th March--LMW Heparin 60U daily,amino acids, arginine, ecosprin,n supplements are going on. kindly let me know your views on management...considering it a very precious pregnancy for the patient.
