Hello Doctors In cases of of puo where cbc, urine,esr, lft, cxr, usg abdomen ,montoux are negativ,typhi dot, ps for mp,are negative and we do not find any focus ,how should we proceed? My second query what is the imp of LP in cases of PUO where there is no cns sign or symptoms Thank you
