Should we go for accreditation of every Hospital/ Diagnostic Centre / Lab in our country ? Is this the only yardstick to measure standard or clinical excellence ? How many of you agree ! For having such a quality tag the hospital spends a lot of money in meeting the requirements and other formalities .
In return patients are billed at higher rates to increase the revenue of the hospital. Could we provide same standard of care and clinical excellence even without having such accreditation? Please share your valuable views.
